A sports enthusiast and professional dancer of 12 years, Jackie’s passion lies within helping athletes of all levels recover from high intensity training loads through remedial massage and foundational strength training. A highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist, Jackie has over 12 years experience in the industry and continues to learn and improve her skills to give her clients the best specialised tailored treatments.

``Helping clients perform at their best is a passion of mine. Providing the appropriate treatment and recovery methods will encourage the bodies own ability to heal itself and adapt to change.
