1. Payment
Payment is an automatic debit made monthly from the date you sign up. Square is our chosen system for our integrated direct payments. They are a PCI DSS compliant payment provider and merchant – the highest level there is, which means we have the secure infrastructure in place to protect customer data.
2. Discounted massage
A Basic membership entitles you to one discounted 60 minute massage per month and a Premium membership entitles you to two discounted 60 minute massage per month (Monthly Massage). For a Basic membership you get $10.00 off the cost of our standard cost for a 60 minute massage. For a Premium membership you get $11.50 off the cost of our standard cost for a 60 minute massage. Each membership also entitles you to the other benefits mentioned above.
3. Priority Booking
Every effort is made to ensure you have pre-booked your appointment. An email will be sent every month to assist you in getting the appointment closest to your preference.

4. No Show and Cancellations
Your Monthly Massages do not accrue during the term of your membership.
If you are unable to make use of your Monthly Massage for a particular month, or you do not attend your appointment for a Monthly Massage, then you will you will forfeit that Monthly Massage and no refund will be given. However, you may be eligible to roll over that Monthly Massage under paragraph 5 below.
You will incur a $50 cancellation fee if you do not notify us within 24 hours of the time of your appointment that you are unable to attend your appointment. (Have a friend or colleague who can take your appointment? We will waive the cancellation fee for filling the appointment.)
5. Roll Over Treatment
If you are unable to make use of a Monthly Massage for a particular month, we will gladly roll over that Monthly Massage to another time during the term of your membership with us provided 24hours notice has been given. We will honour this on a one time basis only.
6. Non-Transferable
Your membership and/or massage treatments are non-transferrable to others.
7. No Lock-In Contract
This is not a lock-in contract. You may terminate your membership upon giving us 30 days’ notice. Less than 30 days will result in your next payment being deducted and your membership will be cancelled at the end of the 30 day notice period. No refund will be given for any unused Monthly Massages.
